Some people expect spectacular growth and constant victory. But don't be discouraged if your life and your church don't seem to be like that.

Jesus teaches about mustard seeds and yeast (Matthew 13:31-33) and seeds growing secretly (Mark 4:26-29) and the seed which has to die before there is any crop (John 12:23-25). That is how the kingdom grows!

Should we give to anybody who asks us, and lend without expecting to get anything back as Jesus commands in Luke 6:30 and 35?

Of course we should!
